Construction details:

Outer and inner skin kevlar/carbonfiber reinforced sandwich material with nomex honeycombs. Frames reinforced with carbonfiber. Highest quality epoxy resin, same as used in aerospace industry. Vacuum bag technique is used to guarantee total bonding between outer layers and sandwich core.The combination of aramidfiber (kevlar) and epoxy resin results in a tear and impact resistance of the outer skin,that cannot be matched with other materials for the same weight. Following innovations have been made: Extra reinforcement of the gunwale with additional full size carbon layer and employment of full carbon foam frames.
